Returns and Exchanges: 

1.1  Return requests must be submitted to Element Packaging within 7 days from the delivery date, even if Element Packaging is at fault. If Element Packaging is not at fault and the customer still wishes to return the product, the customer must adhere to the conditions below:

1.1.1 Cover the cost of shipping the goods both to and from Element Packaging, as well as a 5% restocking/administration fee if requesting a return for credit instead of an exchange.

1.1.2 Any returned products will be credited at the current market value of the products at the time of return.

1.1.3 Damaged goods are not eligible for return. Returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition deemed acceptable by Element Packaging. Products must also have a valid Return Authorisation (RA) number clearly displayed on the outside of the return package (not on the original carton). Any packaging that has been written on, defaced, or damaged by the customer or courier will be declined. We only accept complete cartons for return. Partial sleeves or individual items will not be credited.

1.1.4 All approved returns must be received at Element Packaging within 10 business days of the RA number being issued. Returns received after this period will be declined and returned to sender.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to return items:

2. Include: “original packing list” or clearly identify “your order number” so your refund can be applied to original form of payment, along with products.
